Our founder, Carlene Lehmann, LMFT, had a great time this morning presenting at the Depressed Cakeshop at Skull & Cakebones on Parenting Teens: Secrets to Success. They have a month long event in honor of Mental Health Awareness month for May. They have free yoga and lots of great presenters on many different topics each weekend! They also have amazing bakery items and some really cute ones to support the theme this month. You can help them support NAMI Austin as well!
