We offer a free 20 minute phone consultation for you to ask questions and to see if we might be a good fit to work together.

Research shows that the relationship with your therapist is the most important element in the healing process. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see whether we are a good match for your needs.

First session (intake session)
The first session, also known as the intake session, is 80 minutes in length for all couple and family appointments.

Fees for an 80 minute intake session are:

  • $190

    This gives your therapist plenty of time to learn about your needs, goals, and develop a plan of action. We believe in a collaborative approach where you help guide the topics and issues you are needing support with.

Fees & Payment

We have an affordable sliding scale fee. Our clinician fees are based on their clinical experience and training.

The following are our fees for a 50 minute session.

  • $175

The fee you pay is based on your ability to pay and what works for your personal budget and finances. There is no verification of income or proof of need for sliding scale services required.

Fees for additional 80 minute sessions are:

  • $225

Length of Therapy
On average, most of my clients find immediate relief after the first 6 sessions. To reach short or long term goals, people typically stay 12 to 36 sessions. I recommend starting with weekly sessions if possible. Down the road, if you run into any roadblocks, you can always schedule another session.


We are an out of network provider for insurance. We can provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you may be able to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to see what your mental health coverage is.

We accept cash, check, credit cards, FSA, and HSA cards.
